The fair is over, the boats have been blessed and the rides are all packed away. Hopefully you were able to get out and enjoy the festivities. There were many food vendors, games, and shops set up for the Our Lady of Peace Festival.
They had rides and music, performers and fireworks. There were lots of things to see and to do and to enjoy. We did them all and are left with 1 thought; it sure is loud celebrating Our Lady of Peace
It’s not really Bucerias, but they are close enough we can touch them, Amigos de La Cruz will kick off the 2010 sponsor drive with an APERCH Dinner Meeting. It will be held at Roberto’s Xocolatl restaurant on the hillside of Monte Calvario in La Cruz on Wednesday Feb. 3rd. Spanish for Newbies: Basic Spanish for beginners. This is a special course for those,who know no Spanish or speak few words. The instructor is Flor Hernandez, an experienced bi-lingual teacher that lives in the area and is a great addition to the BBCC program. Get a team together or come alone to solve the Murder Mystery while you enjoy dinner catered by Karen's. February 13, 2010 is the date to save for "Mystery Night" Theater and Dinner to be held at La Vida on the beach in Bucerias.
